Only have KFC out buy me and KFC sucks so I just go to Vons or Alberstons and get the delis like 20 dollar meal that gets you a huge amount of fried chicken and wings and sides. I don't know how anyone can eat KFC when its worse and more expensive than just going to the store.

I like popeye's but really, only their spicy chicken and their butterfly shrimp are any good. Their mild chicken is boring, their tendies are overmarinated till they're tough and stringy (and half use that weird cross grain cut that makes it worse), and their sides are basically the same shit as any of the other places. Luckily, the local one has a standing internet coupon for 22 pcs for $20 so I can skip all their bad shit.

I made mini potato skins while I ate the frittata. The were done just as I finished my meal. Perfect way to avoid mishaped/non uniform potato cubes and the oven is already on from the broiler, so why not?
