no joke the sour cream pouch is legit. the sour cream lasts significantly longer and doesn't go bad when its in that tube.

I can't count how many times i went to pour out the sour cream water and all the sour cream fell into the sink

I wish they would make cottage cheese in a tube. I rarely buy sour cream but every time I buy cottage cheese it gets water in it after a day or two of opening.
