Peas contain dangerous phytoestrogens. We were meant to be carnivores, throw them out and buy real food. What are you, poor or something? I can afford to eat at Outback which proves I am a member of the wealthy elite.

Fresh pea soup is delicious.
I also like cook them with prosciutto, garlic, and parmesan.
You can also blanch them and add to salads, I love peas in salads.

I noted everything else in this thread as something I'll probably try, and then these two monstrosities pop up. These two will never grace my palate.

They freeze great, so freeze some. They go good in most curries.
