How many eggs can you eat a day?

my doctor said 3 is the max. and its ok to eat 3 per day.

According to /fit/ about 40.

Eggs-over-easy are pretty different from an egg salad sandwich, which is fairly different from a souffle, which bears little similarity to royal icing, and so on.

Like, I'm not going to want to eat shakshouka and huevos rancheros in the same day, probably.

When I was a lad I ate four dozen eggs every morning to help me get large.
Now that I'm grown I eat 5 dozen eggs, so I'm roughly the size of a barge.
