I've seen Albertos, Adalbertos, Betos, Bertos, and many others. They all have similar menus and branding, but are slightly different. Is it a franchise?

We have Adalberto's in my city. Literally the greatest fast food restaurant I know of. Carne Asada Fries and California burritos are so fucking goddamned amazing.

The only -bertos I've been to that has been consistently good is Filibertos. And only for burritos, all these places have 'combination plate' stuff but nobody ever buys it and it's garbage. I don't remember all the one-off bertos i've been to but they have mostly been mediocre.

I ate at a Lolberto's once. Lol.
