Whats the best way to season a steak if I'm cooking on a George Foreman grill?
I know I'm asking to get memed with "dude just salt lmao" for reference I use salt, pepper and a spice blend from a local store but I'm looking to diversify

Good cut of steak? Just salt and pepper.
Lesser cut? I like to make a spice blend with chili powder, cayenne, pineapple juice, salt, pepper, fresh minced garlic. Let it sit in a plastic bag overnight.

Also, this works amazing with pork loin. If you go the pork route, you can grill some pineapple as well.
Basic: salt, black pepper
Garlic fan: garlic salt, black pepper
Rosemary: salt, black pepper, rosemary
Herbish: salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano
Cajun: 1 part salt, part black pepper, 1/2 part cayenne, 1/2 part chili powder, 1/4 part onion powder, 1/4 part garlic powder
Those are the main profiles I run with.

if you do coffee, you'll need a grinder to put a finer grind on it than wherever you get it from ground it, otherwise you'll be tasting the grainyness of the coffee. it's not a pleasant experience
