I usually drink about 2-3 32oz Nalgene bottles. I need to drink much much more because Im an alcoholic. Or I could just quit drinking....which is the ultimate goal.

Supoisedly the proper amount of water for an average person to drink is whatever your weight is divided by two in ounces of water. So a 200lb person needs to drink 100oz of water to be hydrated.
