Just the right amount of cream cheese

I hate it when I order bagels at a shop and they give me that huge tub of cream cheese. Thanks, now I have to figure out what to do with all this cream cheese once I finish my bagels.

At least it's better than when they put it on for you. Holy fuck, how can you taste the bread under all that dairy mush?
