For me, it's the Chick'n Shack
Wow that's a big chicken

for you
Shake Shack does chicken now? That's promising. Looks like it could use some mayo just to hold things together.
>not having a locally-owned chicken sandwich joint
Sad! Pic related is my fav

>mfw live in nyc so shake shack is locally-owned
why the fuck does the mcchicken meme make me laugh so hard

It has mayo on it.
Shake Shack is an incredible ripoff. Average food for way too much money.
SS is one of the things I miss most about america honestly

It's slightly more expensive than five guys and way better quality and consistently good.
>>8878864
Yeah I agree it's too expensive. Would rather just go to in n out.

Five guys is also average and over priced. Stop paying so much for steak n shake tier food

Portland is lacking in fried chicken places. I think it's because they drove out all the black people.

Never been to Steak 'n Shake. But I'll happily pay a little bit more for a fast food meal made with real ingredients.

People's Pig up in NoPo has killer smoked fried chicken

That place looks pretty good. I'm still relatively new to Portland, but so far the only place I've been to that had decent chicken was Cackalack, and they moved the way the fuck out to Hillsboro.
Without a doubt the best chicken sandwich I've ever had.
