/ck/ I just got a pressure cooker since my roommate moved out and left it. It works great, but I'm at a loss on what to cook in it. Any suggestions? Pic related, it's the cooker.
Beans are the primary reason these things are so awesome. Normal cooking time, 2 hours. In a pressure cooker - 7 minutes

My mates got one an reckons it does a better stew quicker and lamb really melt in you mouth lamb
It's good for any dish that tolerates moisture.
Steamed cabbage rolls, pot roast, pork ribs, potatoes, it makes great stock, pulled pork.
You can buy silicone cake pans and make things like cheesecake, banana bread if you cover with aluminum foil.

It's time to make beans, my man.
I use mine for meat. I buy a Ham or a whole chicken throw it in for 30 min and then shred it and freeze the meat for use later.
My ham intake has increased massively since buying one.
