Is there a way to still eat fast food, but make it healthy?
Jog in place as you eat.

if you wanna be one of those weird faggots who orders their burgers bunless with no extra condiments (ketchup, mayo, bbq sauce, etc), no fries, and with water to drink, sure
A calories in/ calories out argument cab be made as far as weight loss goes, but to be healthy you need proper nutrition which fast food is devoid of. And no, vitamin supplements aren't the answer

Bring vegetables from home.
Add your own extra onions, greens, tomatoes.
Add pepper to the condiment on the burger.
If you want to take it to the extreme, turn the burger upside down and take the bottom bun off, eating it open face.
No salt on the fries and drink water instead of soda.
Go for a walk 30 minutes after you eat it.

You can't make fast food healthy. You can eat a healthy diet and just have fast food once in a while, in which case it won't fuck you up.

Eat less of it

What if I did this?

Would the nutrition from putting organic white onions, kale, and tomatoes off set the deficiencies of the bread and meat itself?
What if I used organic ketchup to dip the saltless fries in, would that help add help nutrients in with the fast food?

Fast food is not as unhealthy as it's reputation would have you believe.
Don't consume too many calories and eat a balanced diet. As long as you are doing this, you can eat as much fast food as fits within those parameters and still be perfectly healthy.
