i hate california, but I find it amusing that the largest and arguably most important state in the union always has its beliefs/customs dismissed. if everybody in california loves avocados, does that mean they are bad? it's clearly good enough for more than 50 million people to eat regularly.

perhaps the rest of the world is too pleb to enjoy them? italians eat pasta, does that mean pasta is shit?
