Not sure if OP is actually using mayo or just using marshmallow fluff for le epic reaction thread but my grandfather actually had me make peanutbutter and mayo sandwiches when I took care of him towards the end of his life. He said my grandma would always make them for him, when I asked her about it later she would gag and claim to have no idea what he was talking about; he tricked himself into liking it with false memories. He was suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's.

I've actually eaten peanut butter and mayo sandwich.
It's actually pretty good.
I usually do a much thinner layer of mayo though. The same amount I'd put on a regular sandwich

Better to put it on fries

Easy satay sauce from peanutbutter:
200 gr peanut butter
300 ml water
clove of garlic
tbsp ketjap manis

Heat and stir the PB and water, add garlic and ketjap. Reduce to desired consistency.
