This. Are the onions raw? Also, is that cilantro or parsley?

there are some cooked onions in there but the big white ones are raw. it was an /experiment/ cause I like raw onions in hot dogs.

Cook the onions, and cut them properly too.
Thicken the sauce, it looks like it all settled to bottom of the plate.
When the pasta is just about done, add it to the still hot sauce and stir them together to coat.
If those are dry herbs that you sprinkled over the top, don't do that again.
Use parsley, not cilantro.
