i usually make an egg white omelette and use the egg yolks as the filling

I don't like eggs unless they're baked or cooked into things.

2 eggs, fried in butter, yolk broke, salt and pepper. Eat with toast, coffee, and a piece of fruit. On weekends I will also include a sausage with my breakfast.
