If they were pickled with vinegar, it helps with the diggestion. Same as a vinaigrette.

If they were pickled with salt, you are weird and most likely a fatty. You should change and drink pure water instead.

I do not think this is ok but I use pepperoncini juice in cooking and as a topping so I guess it's the same thing.
