I agree with this. He is really helpful in terms of pointing out technique and tools used. When he fucks up in the video, he points it out and tells you how to avoid the mistake he made.

I also like bruno albouze for technique videos. I HATE his accent. It is almost unbearable. But he obviously knows what he is doing and points out every little detail so that you can reproduce his results - which is truly world-class pastry.
