I want a copper fish kettle but it's difficult to justify spending $1000+ on something I'd only use once a month

I mean, I can tell myself I'd use it every day but I'm not dumb enough to be able to lie to myself the way cast iron fans pretend that they can cook everything with their gimpy, unresponsive pans that ruin tomatoes
