My local Italian takeout joint does the best fucking chicken parma.

They used to do a great beef schnitzel too but they stopped making them for some reason.

I wish they did veal parmas. I love veal parma but nowhere around here does one.

To answer OP's question: I think any parm (eggplant, chicken, veal) can be vert good, but a lot of restaurants fuck it up by letting the crust sit in the sauce making it soggy, or smothering it in rubbery cheese. OP's pic looks pretty bad, desu, but I like parm if it's done right.

I don't mind them, but I live in a place where one of the local pubs serves something like 15-20 different kinds, so I'm a bit overexposed to them. Its also a little aggravating that in spite of the fact that every place in town serves chicken parmagiana its impossible to get a veal one. All right food though.
