Maccas.

It says fries on menu but a lot of people say chips. You don't specify those sides though. If you order a burger they ask would you like to make it a meal or you just say "Big Mac meal" and they'll ask you the size.

I've ordered Maccas in Aus, US, Can, and JP and there's fuck all difference in the ordering process.

I only had it once and Japan and that was on the first night because I was intimidated to go in and order at unfamiliar restaurants not speaking the language. I had a double quarter pounder and the beef patty tasted funny, like it was more pork which probably makes sense considering it's Japan.

I was there for 30 days and didn't have it again after that first night. The food is exceptional in Japan and you can find dirt cheap meals that are a thousand times better than Maccas.
