>dough has been rising in fridge for 24hrs
What temp and for how long to cook it? Do I let it get to room temp before spreading it out? Do I knead it? Coat it with oil?
Let it rest on the counter so the temp comes back up, yes.
Knead lightly, roll it out, make little indentations in the dough and top with olive oil. Let rise again, add sauce and toppings, bake at 475 F for 12-15 minutes.
Made this baby today with a little something called pourable pizza dough.

Thanks but no thanks.

For me, it's all about the sauce, which was made by me from tomatoes from my garden.

A nice sauce is important, but I love me a good crust. I like to make a nice thick honey wheat crust and then put half a block of freshly grated cheese on top so it makes a nice and gooey layer with the sauce trapped beneath.
Don't use a rolling pin, use hands. Don't use an oven, start it on a frying pan then finish it under the grill. Don't cook the tomato sauce before putting it on the pizza. Make sure the dough contains a lot of salt.
Pizza has got to be the most over-rated fast food I have ever been forced to experience.I can understand a hamburgers being popular because its basically a type of sandwich, but pizzas are complete garbage that I will never understand how it became a fast food stable.

It's bread, cheese, tomato sauce, and usually some meat or veggies. Why does it surprise you that people would like something that has these things?

following your logic you should also like the pizza in this pic
or at least most americans should like it

It probably would taste good, yes, and don't pull that American shit. Euro-fags eat that crap too.

Then so are Europeans.
