My money's on Sephardic. Even the most religious among them rarely lump kitniyot (legumes) in with chametz (forbidden food during the duration of Passover.) If there was a cause for concern they surely would have prohibited their consumption.

Then again, Sephardics also make exceptions for some species of locust being kosher. Whatever works I say.
