How do I stop having uncooked chicken?
New to cooking and it comes out uncooked.
Should I pound it with a hammer first and then fry it?
I'll been sticking to the oven because of this.

buy a thermometer perhaps
fry on each side until browned as desired then toss pan in oven to finish
>only works if your pan doesn't have a rubber handle obviously

stick to tendies. 2 or 3 minutes in the microwave. Serve with ranch dressing.
Might as well ask here, what seasoning should I use for noodles and vegetables?
Cook it longer

How is that undercooked? Even white meat chicken shouldn't be cook until it's dry and solid white throughout. Chicken breast should be fully cooked, but still have a light, light pink hue to it. Please tell me you don't like dry ass chicken?! That's disgusting. Your pic looks fine.

Yeah, light pink is fine as long as the meat is opaque and the juices run clear, it's cooked. People annihilate their chicken over fear of undercooking, but they don't realize where the cut off is. It's like when people eat a piece of bone - in chicken, and they bite into a blood clot next to the bone. It may not be pretty, but it's not raw. The blood came out of the bone as it cooked, and unless the blood was red and runny, you're fine, it's cooked blood.
People have become overly paranoid about some foods, and chicken is one of them.
