Bake it with lemon juice and pepper. Eat it in a sandwich
Lightly fry it up and make fish tacos
If you want to into fish, try your local asian market. Their fish will be a lot cheaper than fish in the hoity toity western markets.

sorry to tell you but there is not cheap, healthy fish
the usual fish contains arsenic, mercury and is highly contaminated by radiation
if you want healthy fish you have to go for well kept, expensive freshwater fish

Dude..... you could make better fucking fish dishes out of canned tuna, come on.....
Legit probably cook that and shred it for a salad or something. Terrible.
Would some sort of patties made from canned tuna be total ass?

I have made tuna patties with egg, flour and onion. It was very good actually.

Not at all.

Parmesan and Bread crumbs on top, saute, throw in a hot oven until done. Obvious lemon and garlic/thyme/dill combo. Blackened, or saute mirepoix, throw some cheddar on top and bake. Beer batter and fry.

Did you use canned tuna though?

Canned fish is like cheep liquor. You probably don't want to drink it straight, but it makes lovely mixed drinks.
