Egg

Honestly the concept of sausage and egg in a taco isn't quite so strange, but the use of ketchup, while often appropriate for hot dogs, is odd to see in a tortilla. A solid effort and not bad at all, I'd give it a 2/10.

That egg looks like it came from a factory pre cooked. https://youtu.be/xVZaJGNim1U?t=2m12s

ketchup is the worst thing in this picture

I do believe the umami flavor of the boiled hot dogs would meld quite well with the tart sweetness of the ketchup, whose liquid would be gently absorbed by the parched, foamy egg, prepared in a very novel fashion by our Michelin starred chef, a carefully guarded trade secret, with the unheated prepackaged corn tortillas to bring the whole dish together. A hearty but elevated dish to start the day. We call it Les eaux usées des malheureux. Our sommelier can prepare a fine Boudreaux to pair with the dish. That'll be 49.99 plus tip.

ketchup is the BEST part of that picture. Give me your wallet.
