Alright, /ck/, I must admit, I'm not that good at cooking, that's why I sometimes buy pre-made food that can be heated in a microwave oven.
The problem is, I just found out that I forgot a piece of cake in my microwave, and the piece got infested by fungi. Is it safe to use the microwave, or I'll have to do some cleaning before so? Thanks, in advance.

If it got infested that probably means the mold spores came from the microwave. It should be safe to use, but just not a good place (as you found out) for storing food. Maybe try boiling some vinegar in it to get it clean.

Just clean it ya fuckin dingus...

Thank you, anon. I usually don't store food in it, but still, it's better to be safe than sorry I guess.

heat up some water r in a cup to steam it up, and then just wipe it clean

Yeah, I will. I just wanted to know if I could use it to heat up something THEN clean it afterwards.

Irony being in the time it took you to ask you could have done it.
Why the fuck is /ck/ so full of manchildren asking for advice on how to not fucking poison themselves? This is becoming annoying. This isn't a fucking advice forum.
Does anyone else get really severely depressed when they hear about people subsisting on premade/microwave food?
I don't know why, I just.. almost tear up, thinking of people living like that.
use a 3/1 mix of water/bleach and clean the microwave
