We have this one pizzeria (which is just a small side business of a big food mall ironically enough) which makes actual italian style pizzas instead of abominations from kebabshops. I don't find that it tastes like canned tuna, but yeah, it's fish packed in salt so it tastes like salty fish mang. One mistake I can think of is baking the pizza with the anchovies. Ideally you want to put them on the pie afterwards.
