I would call the manager over and let him know that I ordered a slice of pizza, but that I was pleased to see that they were giving out 2 free pizza fries with each slice (but that their slices seem to have gotten smaller since my last visit).

I would thank him for the delicious looking food and draw it to his attention just to make sure no error was made. Technically I was served what i asked for and then some.
