Kraken is better. It's stronger and tastes so sugary you can mix it with less cola. I don't drink rum a lot but I get some white rum and coke when I'm sick of vodka and Gatorade. I don't buy spiced rum often because it's usually 35%.

I didn't really care for Admiral Nelson. Captain Morgan's good once in a while, though the fruity brands are fairly tasty. Of the three, I drink Kraken the most. Strong and with a good flavor, it's the best of the three.

I've had the El Dorado 21, and it was pretty good. Next on my list is the 25 YO.
