I know it's a lot of sour cream. A good anount of the perogies ended up being mostly dough because I fucked up. So I added a ton of sour cream to offset all the dough. And yes I did burn the bacon.

Keep trying, mang, give it another shot sometime later. How did you roll out the dough? Rolling pin or pasta machine? My fiancee uses the pasta machine and it gets them nice and uniformly thin so they crisp up in the pan.

It's actually pretty easy to burn bacon if it's really thin. Supposedly eggs are also easy as fuck to cook, but I've had a lot of poorly cooked eggs in my lifetime.

slav here, they look fine, though I've never had pierogi with sour cream. you dould also substitute bacon for chopped and fried pork rind or onion if you want to be more authentic
also not sure if you fried them or not, some pierogi taste better just cooked in water i.e. ruskie
