Drink milk, lager, or water.
Your western palate can't handle spicyfuck ethnic dishes because it's not used to them. You have to build up a tolerance.
Otherwise, consider westernised curry dishes. Chicken tikka masala has fucking yoghurt in it to kill the tikka spices enough for english people to stomach.
Which is kind of a shame, because it's fucking delicious when done right. I hate going for the entry-level curry, but I LOVE tikka chicken, and the masala sauce addresses the key issue with it, which is the dryness.

Just buy a jar of pickled peppers and eat one with every meal until you don't need milk.
Take birds eye chilis. Slice them and rub the inner membrane on the lower part right below your eyes and in your nasal cavity. That should toughen you up a little.
