What do I get? It's from one of the best steakhouses in Seattle.

nothing, cook it yourself and save 50$

Prime Delmonico

12 oz Peppercorn steak cooked well done. Roasted root vegetables without carrots or asparagus. PBR for drink.
I'm not a huge fan of steak, and I don't really know the difference between the cuts.. so I would just choose depending on my mood/how much I want to spend.
I'd either buy the cheapest because I might as well try something, or the most expensive because I'm curious to see if it's worth the price.

ribeye is the only correct answer, ever
Porterhouse is the best bang for your buck. New York strip plus filet mignon.

Not if it's boneless. Ribeye is my favorite, but I won't order a boneless ribeye.
OP, get the Delmonico or the Porterhouse.

porterhouse or ribeye

Man, that NY strip is expensive. It's kind of my go to at a butcher, but a 16oz at a butcher is like 10$ not 60$
What's the 50$ difference?

For home cooking I prefer NY strip. I cook on a cast iron though not a grill.
