Going to have some Crock Pot oatmeal in another hour or so once the sun comes up. Bob's Red Mill steel-cut oats. Kick it off via timer about 10 and let it cook on slow all night. Really good. And cheap. Add some honey and some cinnamon and maybe some half-and-half.

I usually do eggs or oats but this week I've been late up and tired so I just get a cereal/nut bar or something that I keep in my desk at work.

haven't had breakfast yet, but it's gonna be eggs sometime today, our green beans, maybe ravioli. but really eggs.
