It's not even that unhealthy. It's meat and white bread, some nutritionally useless vegetable chunks and a sauce made of sugar, fat and protein. That's not that different to homemade lunch dishes.
Yeah sure, if you eat nothing else then you get malnutrition. But if you just want some quick protein and cheap carbs, then there is nothing wrong with a fast food burger.
