Anyone know any recipes for portable and cheap high protein foods? I'm at uni all day and can't afford to eat lunch out on campus every day, and I'm fucking sick of protein shakes and jerky. Is there anything I can bring with me that doesn't need to be in a fridge or warmed up?

I tried those. Got a huge box at costco, but eventually those started to taste like ass. Every other one is either a candy bar or way too expensive

Listen to me. Some autists at /fit/ computed the protein/$ ratio of chicken breast fillets and whey. Whey was superior by a significant margin. It was Costco chicken vs myprotein vanilla
