i sew all the strips together with butcher twine end to end and wrap it around whatever i am cooking.
its faster than that bullshit and the bakers twine helps to truss the meat and hold in any sausage stuffing in the interior piece of meat that is being bacon wrapped.

When I joined the bacon meme binge with epic meal time I tried it twice. First time it was a bacon burger (put patty in middle, encase in bacon like chicken kiev) Fucking delicious but damn did i feel horrible
