found this one in google images, but would love to compile a bunch.

Make yourself a sheet. Just a simple list of like the most 50 popular drinks. Ingredients, how to make it, what to serve it in, etc.

It shouldnt be something you consult every time, but if youre really stumped. Laminate it, and keep it behind the bar.

Thrift/oppe/second hand book stores often have cocktail books lying around for like 2 bucks. Thats where i started.

Also know your vermouths. Martini rosso is shit in everything but negronis. Rosso antico is good for everything but campari based drinks.

Actually just know your booze.
Tanqueray sucks in tom collins but is good for everything else. Gordons is good for collins because of the citrus taste. Dont underestimate jack daniels as a Bourbon its fantastic in loads of shit. El Dorado is the best tequila cocktail.

Just drink a shitload of cocktails with loads of different ingredients.

Im guessing its 6 cl. It looks like this:

2 Shots gin (60 ml)
2 Drops peach bitters
2 Mint leaves for garnish.

Looking at this chart cl seems about right.
1 cl = 10 ml

I think that's called a Bucks Fizz in the UK.

One tht isn't present in the chart is the Whiskey Mac. 50/50 Scotch and ginger wine. It's fantastic in the winter.

Search Robert Hess on youtube. He knows his stuff.

Don't be afraid of vermouth. 1:1 Manhattans and Rob Roys are fantastic, if you have a decent quality vermouth.
