hi friends.
I just ordered some pretty cool coffee beans from a brewery/roaster in San Diego. they weren't cheap so I'm wondering: what's the absolute best way to prepare these for maximum appreciation/enjoyment? I've got a french press, pour over, stovetop espresso, and drip.
temps/water:coffee ratios/time recommendations would be appreciated. the coffee is whiskey barrel aged if that makes a difference.

not really a coffee conneiseur and I've never had barrel-aged coffee, but I do know rwanda is generally quite fruity and acidic so really nice for drip

There's a pretty good chance you bought open air stale garbage coffee sold at premium by opportunist hipster cunts who are still playing trial and error with their roasts and selling you their mistakes.
But of course people will still buy it because SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!!!
I enjoyed a Modern Times Coffee Stout last night actually, it was delicious. Some of their other beers I've tried were just ok for me but their stout is pretty top notch.

You must be real fun at parties.

How much did you pay for it?
If doing drip I use 5g coffee to every cup of water. Drip would probably be cheapest since you use more coffee in a French press or pour over.

I've had something similar and I like to use a french press with a very course grind, 15.5:1 ratio, and a 5:15 second brew time when I make it.
This "everything must be aged in whisky barrels" meme needs to die
