1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. soy sauce
melt the butter, add the rest. pour it over your salmon before you throw it in the oven. save some for after its done cooking.

Lemon and rosemary like your pic is a good choice. I'd give it a good dose of black pepper and some sea salt too.
Wrap it in parchment with a pat of butter, a clove of garlic, a sprig of dill, salt and black pepper.
Bake it.
Squeeze lemon over it when it's done.
Hard mode: put some asparagus in the parchment pouch with the fish. Salt and pepper those too.

Grab yourself some tin foil, some chopped zucchini, diced onions, some cherry tomatoes. Brown the onions if you want, Put the fillet and the veggies in the foil, season with cumin and chili powder. Squeeze some lime over it, and then wrap up the foil around everything. Bake for like 20 minutes at 350.
Ended up going salmon "burger", soy sauce-dijon-maple glaze, pan seared salmon, homemade brioche buns, and thinly sliced fennel and green onion on the inside.
