White pudding is the bees knees, I'll mash it up raw, mix it with some flour, sharp cheddar and green onion, roll it into balls and bake it for a delicious snack

Blood sausage? I like it with scrambled eggs. It's also kind of nice in a salad.

It's good for all sorts of stuff. Black pudding and scallops is a classic combination.

Personally I like to dice it up and put it in macaroni cheese. Also, I had a black pudding scotch egg recently and that was fucking godly.
