Egg Salad

Boil 3+ brown large eggs 12minutes
Run cold water into pot until room temperature ( don't dump hot water, this prevents shell sticking )
Peel eggs immediately after ( the sooner the less sticking )
Wash eggs, dry, place in bowl
Cut the eggs
Heavy salting, light peppering
Add 1 spoonful of Mayo/Mwhip per 3 eggs

Next toppings
Add fresh lettuce, bacon/jerky, chicken, macaroni, broccoli, seasonings etc into bowl, mix well.

Spread on Canadian white or wraps but any bread will do, alternatively lightly toast and butter the bread.

I don't like mayo so I found a way to make egg salad without it

3 eggs
1/2 a spoon of butter
Cayenne pepper
Paprika
Garlic powder or roast garlic puree
Watercress cut fine
Salt and Pepper
Tabasco (I like the green one but whichever you like)

Boil your eggs to the doneness you like (I like mine barely hardboiled), cut into small cubes
Put in a bowl with spices and butter
Mix it all up
Add the watercress
Put on thick cut crusty bread

It's more almost a devilled egg salad but it's still really good

grated cheese
grated radishes (sweet and crunchy, mostly for freshness and crunchyness)
greeen onions
olive oil, mayo
