why are we so quick to buy any type prepackaged food, but look down on canned meats and seafood other than tuna? The variety is amazing, yet most people just get that tuna and move on.

I think canned sea food is pretty dank, especially when mixing with either pasta dishes, or as a snack. really like using canned anchovies as a nice umami for some recipes. plus, you can use the oil for other dishes.
