>when the yolk breaks after cracking an egg open
this happens because the eggs are old. the USDA grading system AA, A, B reflects how old they are so always buy AA and use them well before the "best before" date on the packaging. cracking the egg on a flat surface also makes it less likely to break the yolk.
but despite your best efforts this can still happen (or other anomalies such as blood clots, twin-yolks, etc). eggs are cheap, no use crying over spilled milk, anon
what's your favorite egg recipe?

Spanish omelette is the only egg dish I like, mostly because you can barely taste the eggs at all.

flipped eggs over easy, I usually eat them over rice or whatever I can find for breakfast or dinner.
and it's annoying when they break, especially when I also have to flip them, but I'm getting better at flipping them.

Murrica scrubs the film off eggs and sprays them with bleach.
If they're not refrigerated then condensation builds up and gives salmonella a vector to permeate the shell.

Not using an electric whisk

Btw OP, crack eggs on the blade of a knife. It seems dangerous, but it really isn't unless you're clumsy as fuck.
You'll never split a yolk again.

Seperate the yolks first. Whisk them, then mix with the whites and whisk some more. Smooth and fluffy, every time.

Not whisk.
