Apart from blended soups, I use mine to powderize sugar and make peanut butter.
Homemade PB is life-changing.

it's cool

but i prefer a slow machine for nut milks and butters. it's like the difference between burr and blade ground coffee

my blender is a soup and smoothie machine so the $25 i got 6 years ago at the cheap refurbished appliance store is fine
