My girlfriend is anorexic and drinks tea with a variety of sugar-free substitutes.

We both agree the Monk Fruit in The Raw is the best fake sugar. Less bitter than Stevia.

I would just search recipes that use it or Stevia as its flavoring agent. I don't think it's a good idea at all to just to just take a conventional recipe and replace the sugar with a fake agent.

Also check out the Bai variety of drinks. Some of them are actually really good. I highly recommend their Coconut Drinks.

stevia and flavoured protein powder has low GI. This recipe is also really rich tasting, so it won't feel or taste like some nonsense fake replacement cake.
