What if you use high ratio of heavy cream and melted chocolate and cut it with whole milk to make essentially drinkable ganache?

Pre made chocolate milk typically has puss and blood in it. The cows get over milked from the machines. It's legal to sell milk with puss and blood since it's harmless but people wouldn't buy it. So it's covered up with chocolate syrup.
