What kind of non-alcoholic drinks would you serve for a more formal dinner? And how? Would you empty things like juice or soda into pitchers or would it be fine to serve bring the bottles out to the table? I'm having some higher-ups from a company I'm trying to impress.

Iced tea, sweet if you're in the South or both if you're near it. Offer lemon wedges with it from a small plate and keep it in a nice pitcher.

Just serve fucking ice water

Cucumber water, warm apple cider (using apples and cinnamon), bottles of good ginger beer, home brewed iced tea, coffee drinks.
I mean, hell, just because it's upper management it doesn't mean that they don't drink coca cola, water, coffee, or diet coke. Also why non-alcoholic?

Try something along the line of pomegranate. It can work really well if you can tone down the sweetness a little bit.

Coffee, tea (iced or not), some juice in a pitcher is also appropriate. If you want to serve soda I'd suggest some 1 person-sized bottles of coke in the fridge.

I'm gonna make a lasagna and have champagne. It's the first time I'm entertaining like this so I wouldn't really know when to drink and when to eat.

Don't ever quote the whole thread, fag. Have some tact.
Water
Tea
Lemonade
Coffee
Decent quality fruit juices
Maybe ask a few of them if they have drink preferences and extrapolate what sort of drinks they're expecting from that.
