Mejdools are the greatest fruit of all time

It's a shame 90% of the ones in my area are grown on stolen land. There is a grocery store on my block that sells Saudi mejdools but they're all smashed together in a box. I have to go all the way across town to the Arab neighborhoods to get ethically acceptable mejdools in good condition, so I rarely eat dates
