I usually do lemon juice, s&p and mayo with a bit of bread crumbs and a bit of relish. Is there anything else you add?

Op here. I also have a large amount of tuna i need to use

Instead of mayo for making it creamy use avocado (with tomatoes, onion, lime juice, and cilantro) or hummus. I think it has more flavor.

It's also more /fit/ if you care about that.
