Can any indyfags recommend some good Japanese restaurants in town?
I'm looking to visit family there for my birthday.
I've heard good things about Sakura, have any of you been there?

Ocean World.

Note that's specifically for Sushi, not Japanese food in general. I don't know much about other places, I haven't been to Sakura in like a decade.

I mostly just want to try sushi, I'll check them out.
Thank you!
Sakura is the best sushi place I've been to in indy, though they don't have ramen. The softshell crab is dope though. Also it used to be reggie miller's favorite if that means anything.
It's kind of out of the way of everything else though. There's at least 4 different places in castleton that are okay like sushi on the rocks, Wasabi on 82nd, and asaka. If it's just good seafood you want though oceanaire downtown is the shit
I wouldn't mind going to a good ramen place either, I don't get to go to Indy often and there aren't any good ramen places in NWI

You could always try making some nice ramen at home.
